Chef Cindy Toffanello from Algonquin College will be with us to show you how to make Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza Fondue, Bresaola Antipasto, Antipasto Platter and 3 types of Crostini: Crostini with Arugula and Smoked Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Roasted Eggplant and Red Pepper Topping and Slow-Roasted Tomato Crostini. We will also make Risotto with Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese Antipasto /rolls and Polenta Verde Calabrese Cups.

In Italian tradition, harvest time is when Farmers gather together to celebrate the earth's bounty, catch up with their neighbors, and offer their produce. It is a time of merriment, celebrating the end of the intense work involved in planting, growing, and harvesting. Wine -- being such an integral part of any gathering of friends -- has its own celebratory harvest tradition.
